1Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and kc221 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). 3Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one account on kc221. The registration process requires the provision of a valid email address, a username, and a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on kc221 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kc221 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through supported BDT payment methods, though individual payment providers may apply their own charges independently.

Deposit Rules

The following conditions apply to all deposits made on the kc221 Platform:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. Limits may vary by payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard).
• kc221 reserves the right to decline a deposit if it suspects the transaction is linked to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests on the kc221 Platform:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. kc221 does not send funds to third-party accounts or different payment instruments.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to a processing review period. kc221 aims to complete most BDT withdrawals within the same session but reserves the right to extend processing time where additional verification is required.
• Active bonus funds must not be pending in your account at the time of withdrawal unless the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw while a bonus rollover remains active may result in the bonus being forfeited.

5Bonuses and Promotional Offers

kc221 offers a range of bonuses and promotional rewards to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer in addition to the general conditions set out in this section.

• Bonuses are available to one account per household. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses using different accounts are considered abuse and will result in all bonuses being voided.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any associated funds can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not satisfied within the time window stated in the applicable promotion. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account.

6Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets and wagers placed on kc221, including sports betting markets and casino game bets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement unless kc221 explicitly offers a cash-out or edit facility for a specific market.
• In the event of a technical error, interrupted connection, or system malfunction during a game or bet, kc221 will use its best efforts to reconstruct the state of play from available server logs and resolve the outcome fairly. Where a fair resolution cannot be determined, bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• kc221 publishes RTP (Return to Player) information for casino games where required. Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG technology and are not influenced by bet history, account age, or stake size.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits are displayed before a bet is placed and may be adjusted by kc221 at any time without prior notice.

For cricket betting specifically: markets may be suspended during periods of play, weather interruptions, or official review. kc221 follows standard cricket market settlement rules based on the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). Abandoned matches will be settled according to the rules applicable to that specific market.

8Prohibited Activities

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the Platform in a way that is not through normal human browser interaction.

• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of kc221, including its games, payment systems, or security measures.

kc221 actively monitors accounts for signs of prohibited activity using automated and manual review processes. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited activity waive all rights to funds held in their account at the time of suspension.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the kc221 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of kc221 or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any kc221 content without express written permission. Unauthorised use of kc221's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kc221 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or technical failures. kc221's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kc221 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption or error. Scheduled maintenance, technical updates, and circumstances beyond kc221's reasonable control (including force majeure events) may result in temporary unavailability. kc221 will use reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime in advance where practicable.

11Amendments to These Terms

kc221 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, kc221 will endeavour to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. 12Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of kc221 or these Terms, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] to attempt resolution informally. kc221 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to a mutually agreed third-party dispute resolution process. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
